1	Introduction	The = Chairman welcomed all attendees to the meeting and revealed that he had received a= nd accepted John Duncan’s resignation as the E2 Senior coach. <= /p>	New Senior coach TBC.

2	Previous Minutes	The = previous minutes were distributed without additional comment unless raised in later serials.

3	Treasurers Report	The = subs letters were issued to coaches 20-24 Sep with a 6 Nov deadline for submissions. Some coaches h= ad not distributed the requests prior to half term. Coaches handed in their collecti= ons thus far. Coaches should ac= tively encourage parents payment by 12 Nov 04.&= nbsp; Debtors lists will be passed to coaches as at 12 Nov 04.	Play= ers not paid up by the third week after issue should be banned from attending practices and playing in matches. Coaches to police. Chairman will take a close interest.

4	Membership/ Registration	Regi= stration should be carried out before any players play in league games. Coaches are warned that they sho= uld, if required, be in physical possession of spielepasses prior to games in accordance with league and insurance regulations. Fines will be forthcoming from t= he league if we are not 100%.	No exc= uses.
		Spil= epasses are required for all players that will play in Hallenkreis competitions.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> Coaches should ensure that all a= re in possession.
		It is intended that now that the = early season rush is over, that all players irrespective of age should be registered with spielepasses. This should both reduce the early season rush for next season and ensure that players move up the age groups in subsequent seasons without hassle.	Action: All coaches

5	Rules and Pitch Sizes	Coac= hes were reminded of the importance of ensuring that our children play in accordan= ce with the rules and pitch sizes laid down by the league and produce the ru= les sheet to opposition coaches if challenged.

6	Conduct<= /p>	Some= coaches confirmed that they had not issued the internet version of the new club charter to all parents. Coa= ches should ensure that this information is disseminated.
		Desp= ite the above there were no reports of misconduct of players, parents or coaches. The meeting was in= formed that the league has just recently called a meeting for all A and B Jugend coaches to address their discipline problem.

7	Fixtures=	The = up to date fixtures with timings if known for the remainder of the season are attached. The fixture plann= er for the second half of the season is also attached.	Additional timings etc. will appe= ar on the website when known. Coa= ches who are not in receipt of fixture timings prior to their training sessions should contact the opposition.
		Matt Irwin updates Website deta= ils on receipt of the information from coaches following matches. Coac= hes should continually visit the website to confirm details and submit amendments to Matt Irwin.	All coaches are to ensure that re= sults and scorers are passed to Matt immediately following matches.
		Correctly completed spielberichts following home matches should be left in the post box in the gymnasium entrance immediately so that John Gotham can collect for submission.

8	Matchdays	The matchday conduct of coaches in accordance with the club charter/trainers responsibilities should be adhe= red to especially the proper hosting of opponents.

9	Welfare<= /p>	Matt Irwin is still waiting for s= ome coaches to submit their forms and for others to be returned following checking.	All coaches should be Welfare cle= ared, forms are available on the website.

10	Director of Football	No reports of coaching difficulti= es. Kev Hanbury continues to do the = rounds at training sessions and is available for assistance as required.<= /p>
		There are players on the waiting = lists for most teams, especially the youngers.= Coaches should contact Kev Hanbury to ensure players are called forward to fill squad gaps.	Rule of thumb is 16 players per s= quad for seven man teams unless the coach is able to take more.
		The Chairman and Director of Foot= ball are to investigate the possibility of holding training for G and F players on= the waiting lists. There would = no guarantee of matches for these players.	&= nbsp;
		The training schedule was confirm= ed. The majority of teams will remain outside until the end of the outdoor season. Kev Hanbury to confirm that we ar= e able to use the Bubble Gym for ‘ball games’?	Kev Ha= nbury to investigate the possibility of the U16, C7, D7 and E1’s being able = to utilize the Mansergh Bks gym.

11	Kitman	It was confirmed that coaches were satisfied with the standa= rd of their team kits. Kev Hanbur= y is to purchase shorts and socks in varying sizes as replacements for easily = lost items.	Chairman/Kitman to identify compl= ete team kit purchases required for next season.
		Footballs and reversible bibs of varying sizes have been ord= ered and will be issued once received.
		The sale of replica kits with personalized names has slowed; coaches are to encourage players/parents to purchase. We may be able to= have delivery prior to Xmas.
		PRB merchandise is being purchase= d and again coaches should encourage players and parents to purchase. We may make Xmas.
		Sponsorship was discussed but the difficulty is with the personalized kit.= The Chairman will discuss with Adam Ford outside of committee on t= he options/possibilities.

12	Tournaments<= /b>	The cu= rrent list of invites for friendly tournaments is attached. All coaches are to complete for = the tournaments that they are able to enter and submit to the Chairman by clo= se of play Fri 12 Nov 04 so that replies can be sent. Coaches should aim to enter as m= any as possible and were reminded that they are able to cross-fertilize between = same age teams to achieve.	Coaches were reminded that all pl= ayers and coaches who intend to enter the playing surface must have light colou= red non-marking shoes. The German organizers will refuse= entry to the playing surface anyone without the correct footwear.
		The li= st of Hallenkreis tournaments is attached.&nbs= p; Only one team per age group will be entered. The coaches were reminded that t= he Hallenkreis tournaments are the only time when the Chairman will state th= at we enter to win. We select = and play the best players available.

15	AOB	Recognition. All coaching= staff should purchase and wear PRB Gutersloh FC attire that enables them to be easily recognizable at either matches or training by both the opposition = and parents.	Kit purchased by regular coaches = are sold at a ‘preferential’ rate.
		Next Meeting. The next mee= ting will take place on Mon 17 Jan 05, 1700-1800hrs in the UWO 1 GS Regt RLC.<= /span>	All are requested to attend.
