1	Introduction	The Vice Chairman welcomed a= ll to the meeting.
2	Previous Minutes	No problems.	Held on the web page
3	Kit	Coaches were informed that t= here is enough kit to give every registered player a complete strip. These strips must be looked afte= r and returned at the end of the season, or when a child leaves the club. Kit is available by contacting M= ark / Kev Personal kit is available as= per costs on the PRB website. A= ll orders are to go to Kev Hanbury by hand, do not post. No kit other than personal k= it is to be ordered unless approved by the chairman or vice chairman. Kit manager to update costs = and kit file on the web page.	E1, F2 Kit issued in full. Cs have been given Cones and Balls. Girls have their kit. Allow for 6 weeks for delivery, coaches to hasten after 4 weeks. Keep a receipt of all orders. Kev, pass to Matt ASAP.
4	Fixtures	Andrea and Rim issued the fi= xtures for the forthcoming season. Coaches are reminded that we= must give at least 2 weeks notice if we want to change a fixture, or face receiving a fine from the league. All results for the Ds and C= s must be phoned or emailed to Matt by 1800 hours on the day of the match, or immediately after the game, if a midweek game. All other teams are to do th= is within 48 hours of completion of the game. Please annotate goalscorers as w= ell. Fixtures for the half term p= eriod need to be confirmed. Coach= es are to find out ASAP if you will have enough players to play during this peri= od, if not, the fixture must be changed.	Inform Rim or Andrea 3 weeks in advance if possible.
5	Spilerpasses	Coaches must ensure: All spilerpasses are signed = by the players. Have an upto date photo of t= he child on it. Ensure all new applications = are completed on the 06/07 season forms, and passed to Matt or Andrea direct. This can be done by placing the paperwork in an envelope and put into Andrea’s post box= in HQ 102 Bde, PRB. Only suppl= y copies of the birth certificates please. When a newly registered play= er plays for the team, you must copy the spilerpass and send it off with the spielbricht form with that weeks result. All spilerpasses must be pas= sed back to Matt if a child leaves the club; you are not to give them to the children or parents as a memento. All spilerpasses are to be returned to Matt Irwin by 7 Sep 06 who will inform the league of your pla= yers and return the passes to you for the games on 9 Sep 06.=
6	Subscriptions	Each player must pay 60 euros subscription for the season. Any parents who have several children playing will only have to pay for a maximum of 2 children i.e.120 euros. All monies must be paid by t= he 16^th Sep 06 or within the 3^rd week of registering for the club, depending on when the child starts to play for the team. All subscriptions cover item= s such as kit, equipment, entry into competitions and the league as well as insurance costs. The club r= uns entirely by volunteers and no monies go to the coaches or any staff within the club. There will be an opportunity= to pay on Sat 9^th and 16^th at PRB when one of the wives will set up a table to receive monies.&n= bsp; Coaches are to monitor and hasten as required. No child can play unless their subscriptions are paid on time, or as agreed by the coach of the team. Coaches are to submit a confirme= d list of all players and payments to Mark by 18 Sep 06, via email only please.<= o:p> Any child joining later in t= he season, who does not get a chance to play at least 3 games before Xmas wi= ll only pay 30 euros subscription.	All monies goes back to the children in one form or another. Coaches are also to take money if presented to them ensuring the new form with receipt is issued.
7	Tournaments	When you have entered a team= in a competition you must participate. Rim will ask you if you want to enter, if you say yes, please ensu= re you get a team to play. If = this means mixing teams about, by playing children from both the D and C group= to enter a C tournament that is fine, so long as you only selected children younger than the allotted age group, not older! i.e. E2 can play for an E1 event but not vice versa.	Rim will run with these completely<= /span>
8	Spielerbrichts	The new Spielerbrichts forma= ts were discussed, and each coach received a copy of how they are to be completed. This info is als= o on the web page. We are respon= sible to complete the Spielerbricht for home games only, once completed, please place in the post box marked PRB FC in the entrance of the Gymnasium PRB.= These forms must be complete= d in full and on time, do not let the club down as we will receive fines for incorrectly completed or late forms.	Rim or Mark will collect on a Sunday and check they are completed in full, and send to the Staffelieter.
9	First Aid Course	Kev to confirm details. All coaches are to attend when t= he dates are available if possible, if not, someone from each team must be qualified.	In aid of gaining the FA Charter accreditation.
10	Sponsorship	The Gsn Welfare Trustees have donated 1750 euros to help offset some of the clubs coasts this year, and Mark has wrote to the Div funds as well as many other private agencies. His aim is to raise enough money= to install a small club house for the team. This will take time, and a portokabin style building is required; = if anyone can help, please let Mark know. 11	CRB Clearance	All coaches and assistants m= ust be CRB cleared to help run any of our teams. Karen at the AWS vetting in PRB = is thanked for her assistance with this.&nb= sp; All CRB forms are cleared via the AWS no matter if you have been cleared as a teacher, UWO or anything else.	Mark liaises with the individual and AWS for this.
12	Photo’s	Teams were offered the chanc= e to have team photos done by a local German company. These are done as a cost and coa= ches are to let Mark know if you are interested.	By end of Sep please.
13	Web Page	Everyone involved with the c= lub as a player, parent or coach are encouraged to use the PRB web page. It contains a whole range of information and is a useful tool; the web site is:	www.prbguterslohfc.de
14	Club Charter	The club does have a charter= that all player, parents and coaches are to adhere too. This can be found on the web pag= e and coaches are to ensure all players and parents in your team are aware of t= he charter and what the club stands for.
15	M.O.M Medals	Medals will be given to all coaches on issue of kit.
16	Media	Mark completes an article in= the Gutersloh Gazette each month, all coaches are to get a report to Mark aft= er the last game played each month by email to m= arkstrickland_7@hotmail.com	Keep them short but punchy and with photos if possible.
17	Information	Coaches should inform parent= s as well as players as to what is happening.= Issue of a by-monthly newsletter for each team is always a good st= art, and then each week inform them who you are playing/where/when as you get = the details yourself. Some time= s the German teams do not let is know until the very last minute; the league are aware and have instructed that we should know at least a week in advance, this should help you to keep everyone involved within your team informed.=	Informing the children only is not a good way of passing information, please let parents know, but parents should contact the coaches if not sure as well, therefore coaches should ensure all players and parents have your contact details..
