1

Introduction

The Chairman welcomed all to= the meeting.

2

Previous Minutes

No problems.

Held on the web page

3

Kit

Kev Hanbury had left the clu= b, we needed a new kit manager and Dave Tranter F2 Coach volunteered to take up this added responsibility.

There are currently no outst= anding kit requests, and Dave will spend the next 2 weeks assessing our holdings= and ordering new kit as required.  Please place all kit orders through Dave for personal kit.

All

4

Treasurer

Des McEvoy asked all coaches= for an up to date list of all players.  He would then issue a list of who has/has not paid subscriptions in the forthcoming week.

All coaches, Players and par= ents are thanked for their efforts with this so far, but please ensure the few remaining subs are paid ASAP.

All

5

Football Charter Standard

Mark asked for all coaches w= ith FA Qualifications to get a copy of their certificates to him ASAP.  This is because the club is appl= ying for the FA Charter Standard, Developing Club, which will allow us to gain sponsorship and other resources from the English FA, and sponsorships from firms such as McDonalds.

Mark also expressed the club= s aim to have all coaches qualified in the future.

In addition to football cour= ses all coaches need to attend a 3 hour first aid course.  The first being on Sun 29 Oct at= a time TBC with another course being organized soon thereafter.<= /span>

All Coaches

All coaches and assistants are to identify and obtain courses required

All coaches and assistants must attend, this is critical to the application f= or Charter Standard

6

Fixtures and

Indoor Tournaments

Rim informed every one of th= e new fixture lists and kick off times.

He went on to request confir= mation that all teams were happy with their fix= tures over the October half term weeks, this was confirmed.

Rim explained he had entered= teams in a wide range of tournaments from Dec – Mar and informed coaches = they must confirm to him, within a month of each tournament if they are going = to enter a team or not.  We mus= t give at least 4 weeks notice to clubs if we are going to pull a team out of a = tournament; any less notice than this will incur costs, and that cost may the coach if the club feels it is his/her fault why notice had not been given earlier!=

The Hallenkreis is only for = the first team of each age group and the only tournament that the club endors= es the playing of your best team.

All

We must not no-show at tournaments, not turning up does not put the club in = good light with other clubs

Indoor Tournaments are enjoyed by all and should be attended if at all possible.  C’s and D&#= 8217;s have the ability to enter two teams thereby providing all squad players an opportunity to play.

7

Spielepasses

Matt reminded coaches that s= ome passes needed to be amended at the beginning of the season, yet action has still not occurred with some who need to alter a pass in any way, should discuss with Matt ASAP.  Mat= t went on to say all passes must be returned to him, when/if a player leaves the club, do not give to the player or parents.

Matt explained that some new applications were not being filled in correctly, and reminded coaches what they need to check, especially signatures on the German forms, both player and parent must sign, not just one or the other.

All

All

Players who are being transferred from other clubs are not to be played in league= or friendly matches/tournaments unless the coach has the player’s spielepasse in their possession.

Players applying for initial registration can play once their application has been posted using PID on the Spielbericht.

Results

Matt reminded coaches to inf= orm him who has scored your goals and the results in a timely manner.  He also said the newspaper repor= t you send to Mark would be sufficient but it needed to be done within 48 hours= of the game or sooner if you are in the Cs!

Coaches / Matt / Mark

D’s, Girls and C’s need to enter their results onto the DfB Net prior to 1800hrs on the day of the match

10

Spielebericht<= /o:p>

Rim thanked everyone for the= ir efforts in this area, so far the club has only had 1 fine of 5 euros and = that was for the late arrival of a result notification.  Well done all, but please keep i= t up.

Coaches

11

CRB Clearance

All coaches and assistants m= ust be CRB cleared to help run any of our teams.  Karen at the AWS vetting in PRB = is thanked for her assistance with this.&nb= sp; All CRB forms are cleared via the AWS no matter if you have been cleared as a teacher, UWO or anything else.  Any new assistants must be clear= ed before they can help, you must ensure their initial forms have been accep= ted and returned to Mark before using them please.

Mark liaises with the individual and AWS for this.

12

Club Discipline

Rim reminded everyone of the= club charter and our aims.  Coach= es are to ensure all parents/players and assistants are fully aware of our practices, we are not about elitism, but football for all!  Bearing in mind the clubs intent= ion to become an FA Charter Standard club we must follow our codes of conduct and coaches must inform all of their Coaches, players and parents of these Co= des of Conduct.  Please do not l= et yourselves or the club down.  Any player who receives a fine for aggressive behavior may be liable for the = fine him or herself and could be banned, be warned!

14

Media

Mark emphasized Matt’s comments at serial 9, and asked for more reports and photos please.<= /o:p>

Coaches

One paragraph describing the result and scorers is sufficient although fuller match reports are preferred

15

Winter time table

A winter time table for Trg = was discussed and will be issued soon, Mark to coordinate.<= /p>

Coaches

16

Training folder

Mark gave all none qualified coaches the chance to obtain a folder from when he completed the UEFA B course in 2000 which shows some varied and comprehensive training sessions for children, these were to be used as a guide when completing training f= or the children.

Coaches

17

Numbers

Rim went on to explain coach= es can register as many children as they feel they can handle.  However, it is hard for a 7 a si= de team to keep 20 children happy, as many will not be able to play, but so = long as you carry out a rotation system, and give all players who attend train= ing the first option of playing, then coaches will get the support of the clu= b, if there are any problems.

Parents are reminded all our coaches are volunteers and receive no benefits whatsoever for giving up t= heir time to coach, organize and run a football team.  Coaches should only, as per the = FA guide have a maximum of 8 children to any 1 adult coaching, and therefore numbers may have to be restricted because of this.  If parents want to assist please= let the team coach know as we are always trying to recruit new coaches, no ma= tter what your age or sex, we currently have 2 qualified female coaches and 1 assistant.

All

Ensure that parents are explained the ethos and limiting conditions of the club = and that we apply them rigidly.
