1	Introduction	The Chairman welcomed all to= the meeting, and went on to explain why it is important all coaches attend. It ensures information is being passed, so when the head coach is away, all other coaches know what is go= ing on within the club.
2	Treasurer	Des informed everyone he has payment for all but 6 of our registered players, but he was not aware of those who had joined the club more recently; therefore any outstanding su= bs are to be paid within 2 weeks of this meeting. Any new players registering = after 16 Apr 07 do not have to pay subs for this season. The Chairman congratulated everyone on their efforts with this.	All All All
3	FA Charter Standard	Mark explained that as an FA= CS Club, we have rules and regulations that must be adhered too; all players= ’ coaches and parents need to be aware of the importance of following new rules, and the Code of Conduct	All
4	Code of Conduct	The Chairman explained there= are 3 parts to the clubs codes of conduct, 1 for players, 1 for parents and 1 f= or the coaches. All must be re= ad and understood by the relevant people; and adhered to at all times. Coaches must inform players and parents of this and that it can be found on our web page.	All
5	Registration	All players must sign and ha= ve a photo attached to the spielepasse within 7 days of receiving the pass. Coaches must make sure once = the pass is signed and ready for use, a copy is made, and placed with the spielbricht when the player plays his / her first game for the club.=	All Coaches
6	Secretary comments	Andrea Irwin informed all co= aches that the league starts next season early Aug. At the request of the Club she w= ill ask the league for us not to play our first game until 15 Sep 07. This may mean that we have to pla= y a lot of games in a short space of time including during the week and as a = club we accept that.	All
7	Goal Scorers	Andrea reminded coaches they= must inform Matt or her of all goalscorers for league games. The D, C and U14 Girls must = ensure the result is shown on the League Web Page prior to 1800hrs on a Saturday= or the night of any midweek games.	All D, C, U14 Girls only
8	Kick Off times	Some of our away games do no= t get confirmed until the week of the game; this is not acceptable. The league = do know this and will/ have punished clubs for not informing us of kick off times. All coaches should either co= ntact the club themselves, or ask Andrea to confirm the kick off time in good t= ime for you to disseminate the information to parents. 10 days is the league guideline.=	All Coaches / All
9	Fixtures	The Chairman issued the fixt= ures for the remainder of the season. The fixtures for the 28^th were confirmed and Rim asked,= if there are any dates after that, that cause concern please inform him befo= re Friday this week.	Coaches / Rim
10	Tournaments	The Chairman issued the tour= nament fixtures for the summer. All coaches are to confirm to Rim your teams availability ASAP; and not more = than 3 weeks, before the event itself. Rim encouraged teams to participate, most of the events are whilst children are still at school before the summer holidays. They are well organized and great fun, so please encourage teams to participate. In addition to= the football, there is often other activities running alongside the tournament and they make a great family day out.	Coaches All
11	Kit	Dave Tranter again told ever= yone that if they require kit, to book it through him. All teams should have plenty of strips, and there is now plenty of balls, cones etc for those teams that require more.	All
12	End of season party=	All teams are encouraged to organize an end of season party/function/activity for their players. Each team will be given 10 euros= per registered player in your team to offset any costs. You should book the event, p= ay for it, and give Des the receipts, upon which, he will reimburse the money sp= ent. Ensure that you confirm the amou= nt that you will be entitled to prior to any expenditure.<= /p>	All Coaches / Treasurer
13	End of season troph= ies	Mark will purchase figurines= for all registered players for the end of season parties at a cost to the club. Each coach must confi= rm to Mark how many you require ASAP. In addition the club will bu= y 1 trophy to be awarded to the player’s player of each team. Any team that wins a league = will also be given an additional figurine suitably engraved.=	All All All
14	07 / 08 Season R= 11; club appointments	The Chairman and Vice Chairm= an leave the club this year, and we need new blood to run the club on behalf= of PRB Gutersloh FC; anyone interested are to contact Mark and Rim ASAP. We need someone to run with = the CRB Checks / club welfare officer, a media rep as well as many other task= s, so if interested, please let us know.
15	Next seasons teams<= o:p>	All coaches were asked to co= mplete a coach’s contact and details list. This is to be done by Fri 4 May = and you are to include the confirmed numbers of children who will play next y= ear and in what age group; as per list issued at the meeting	Coaches
16	Departures	The Chairman thanked Brian Cosgrove for his efforts over the past 18 months whilst he has been with = the club. He hands over to Mick= ey Warke the F1 team, and all players, parents and coach’s within the = club wish him and Julie all the best in CYPRUS!	Brian Cosgrove
17	Spilerpasses	All players that leave the c= lub as parents are posted etc, must have their passes returned to Matt Irwin the club registration secretary, do not let the children have them for a souv= enir.	All
18	Summer Fayre	The Garrison Summer Fayre ta= kes place on Sat 7 Jul, any helpers with the PRB stall, please contact Mark A= SAP. In addition we hope to run a= mini comp at this which advertises the club, gets more Germans involved with t= he fayre and leads to good relations, more info from Rim as the day gets clo= ser.
19	AOB: Web Page	Everyone involved with the c= lub as a player, parent or coach are encouraged to use the PRB web page. It contains a whole range of information and is a useful tool; the web site is at:	www.prbguterslohfc.de
20	Next Meeting	Mon 07 May 07 @ 1730 hours i= n the 1 LSR Conf room. All coaches’ to attend if possible, not just team managers please.=
