1	Introduction	The Relief Chairman welcomed= all to the meeting.
2	Previous Minutes	No problems stated unless ra= ised later.
3	Thankyou	From the Relief Chairman on = behalf of the club to the new coaches, Brian Cosgrove and Daz Ramsden, and Andrea for the extra work she has completed to benefit the club, a very big thankyou.
4	Competitions	The Ds will play in the Blue= & Weis comp on 030606. <= /o:p> Andrea gave out more informa= tion regarding the Thiel cup for the E1s. E2s will play in the Blue/We= is on 040606 and the Gutersloh TV competition on 15 Jun 06 27 May the D2s will play in a competition at Surenheide. The Gs will play at Verl on = 4 June	Jeff Ian Daz Mark Dave
5	Next Season	The teams and coaches for ne= xt season were confirmed, please see attached form.	All
6	Money matters	The vice chairmen made it cl= ear that from next season all subs must be paid, in full by the 3^rd week of the league season, any players who have not had their subscriptio= ns paid, will not be able to play or train with the team; this is because on insurance procedures.	All. Coaches will be provided with a “tear off slip” which will be given to parents / guardians on payment of subscriptions and kit. This must be dated and passed back to the parent and copied to the treasurer.
7	Trophies and Medals	All PRB registered players w= ill receive a small figurine at the end of the season. The D11 team that have won their league will receive a small additional figurine, and each team will be provided with a “Players Player Trophy” for the 05 / 06 seaso= n.	Mark will collect on Sat 20 may 06, and pass to coaches.
8	Presentation	Each team can spend to a max= imum of 150 euros to offset the costs of an “End Of Season Function”. This would= be an ideal time to present trophies etc.	All
9	Secretary	Matt and Andrea informed the coaches of the following points: All E players next season mu= st have a spilerpass, and Fs are instructed to apply for them next season in preparation for the following season. Coaches must ensure spilerpass’s are dated and signed by the players. You are to check the dates before playing your children. Matt / Andrea will copy the spielrpass to the league, saving the coaches the extra work. All coaches must email the r= esults to Matt the evening you have played your game, or within 24 hours maximum= , if not the club can receive a fine from the league.	All
10	Director of Football	Kev reminded everyone of the= need to be CRB registered. All n= ew coaches, or anyone not registered are to contact the welfare service offi= ces in PRB and complete your clearance form. There is a level 1 coaching = course over 2 weekends in Jun, all coaches not qualified are urged to attend this course, contact Kev ASAP. There is a child protection = phase on the course on 24 Jun 06, again anyone not qualified are to attend.	All coaches
11	Secretary	Andrea mentioned that the we= bsite is updated regularly and coaches should visit the website as often as possible. In addition if yo= u have anything you want to put on it, then let Matt know.	All www.prbguterslohfc.de

1a. All coaches must be CRB cleared, this can be done by going to the PRB Welfare services and explaining to them you need to be cleared for PRB FC. Once clearance has come through th= ey will send the information to the chairman.
