3<= /p>	Treasurers Report	Outstanding Subs were attached to the agenda.	Coaches to make all efforts to collect.

4<= /p>	Membership/ Players	Registration Spielepasses Meldeliste	No reports of problems

5<= /p>	Conduct	Parent/Player Information - There is still a lack of information being provided in a timely fashion to parents. Rim keeps getting asked question= s that coaches should provide answers to.	Suggest fixture slips containing who, what, where, when and how?<= o:p> Provide at latest at trg sessions. NOT FRIDAY NIGHTS!<= /span>

6<= /p>	Fixtures	Updated fixture lists are attached. No anticipated problems reported= . Coaches are reminded that timing= s will appear on the website if known.	A lot of fixtures are without results. Coaches are to ensure that results are notified to Matt.

7<= /p>	Matchdays	Matchday Conduct: Coaches are reminded that when at: Home – receive away team as you would wish to be received by them. Away – the day of the match is the wrong time to be asking = Rim for directions. =	Do a recce, provide each parent with a routecard and map from Autoroute if possible.
		Internet websites: www.prbguterslohfc.de www.flvw-k34.de	Coaches are to remind parents of the site.
		Website: Coaches to= visit to confirm fixtures etc.	Matt requires a digital H&S of the coaches.=
		Pass routecards/maps to Matt so he can put a master list onto the website.

8<= /p>	Welfare	AWS clearances. Tho= se who haven’t need to submit their AWS forms ASAP.

9<= /p>	Director of Football	Coaching. We are aw= are of some coaches either posted or going away on tour for next season. Please confirm your availability for next season and actively recruit replacemen= ts and integrate them as soon as possible:&= nbsp; fathers etc.. <= /o:p>	Without volunteers we will be unable to function. The aim is for 2 or three coache= s per team. This aspect is critical to PRB.&= nbsp; Confirm availability for next season with Kev.<= /span>
		This will also determine how many teams that PRB Gutersloh FC can= run next season.
		Player Allocations: All coaches to look at their squads and call forward players to make up their squad numbers. Kev has the = lists.	Active recruitment should be on-going. If moving players between teams, ensure that everybody is in the loop!
		Coaches Day will be Sun 08 May between 0900-1200hrs. <= /span>	Followed by Club Meeting

10=	Kitman	Team Kit: E2’s require more team kit.	New kit (same colour) for next season will be ordered<= /span>
		Replica Kits and PRB merchandise are not selling. Please advertise and encourage.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> Players/parents and staff wearin= g the kit look so good to the Germans.	Attached kit order form. Half price for coaches.

11=	Tournaments	Summer Tournaments; An updated list of summer tournaments is attached. Age groups with 2 teams are to a= gree participation between themselves. Timings and confirmations to follow. Deconfliction for some league matches is required.	Entry forms and payment requirements for the Tiel Cup were given = to the E1s. =

12=	AOB	Meeting closed at 1810hrs. Next Meeting will be at approx 1200hrs following the coaches sess= ion on the 8^th May 05.
