Introduction
|
The Chairman welcomed all to=
the
meeting, and expressed that tonight’s meeting is aimed at confirming
details for next season and the forthcoming summer tournaments. |

Tournaments |
The Chairman issued a full l= ist of all proposed tournaments to the coaches; and he explained the following:<= o:p> Arrive at tournaments at lea=
st 30
mins prior your first game. Ask other coaches to assist =
from
other teams if you can not make it yourself, it would be a shame for the
players to miss out on a competition just because the coach was not
available. The Chairman went through ev=
ery
date where a tournament was annotated and explained to those in attendance
what was required; this information must be passed to your assistants. So=
me
tournaments are still TBC and the Chairman will inform coaches as dates a=
re
confirmed. The Chairman also went on to
explain tournaments are a great family day out and should be perceived as
this rather than just football! All coaches should take spie=
lepasses
to all tournaments. |

Figurines |
The Vice Chairman asked team
managers to confirm the amount of players in each Jugend so he could purc=
hase
figurines for the end of season.
160 will be ordered and teams should not arrange for presentations
until end of May earliest. |

Spielepasse |
The Secretary reminded all c=
oaches
that when players leave, spielepasses must be returned to him and not giv=
en
as souvenirs to the player. In addition at the next meet=
ing,
all spielepasses are to be brought to the meeting so the secretary can
complete administration work with these, to the league. |

Next season teams |
The teams and coaches were
confirmed for the 07 – 08 season and club appointments; this has be=
en
sent to all club officials and will be published on the web page in due
courses. |

all those in attendance that at the start of the season we may seem a lit=
tle
thin on the ground regarding the number of players available. Coaches should inform schools an=

your current players to inform those who arrive in the area over the summ=

of when you play / train, numbers will increase rapidly and by the time y=
ou
get to the end of Sep you should be quite healthy. |

Kit |
Dave Tranter explained the supplier of our current kit is about to stop designing our current blue strip. Until Dave has manag= ed to liaise with the contractor and come to an agreement that suits our requirements, no personalized kit is to be ordered until further notice.<= o:p> |
