3	Tre= asurers Report	a. Subs letters were distributed, new subs of Є60.00 per season were explained. b. It was agreed that Subs would be restricted to Є120.00 per family.	Coache= s to ensure letters are obtained from the Treasurer and all efforts are made to collect the subs. Submit mo= nies collected direct to the Treasurer.

4	Dir= ector of Football	Staff/Coaches: Attached is the latest up-to-date list of staff and coaches. The ideal is three coaches per t= eam from varying backgrounds to ensure that when one is away not all are away. All are to be proacti= ve in their pursuit of new coaching staff. Exercise/Operations: A number of coaches will be absent throughout the season. Coaches must ensure that suitable replacements are recruited to ‘look after’ your squad in your absence. &nbs= p; &nbs= p; &nbs= p; Player Allocations: Players/parents are continually contacting the club to join. All new players will be forwarde= d to the coach of their age group based on year of birth. A central waiting list will not = be kept. Recommended squads ar= e 16 per 7 player teams and 20 per 11 player teams. <= /p> Training: The new season training schedule is attached. Wednesdays and Thursdays are tig= ht for space on the Astroturf. Coa= ches should endeavour to utilize facilities with commonsense. The indoor gyms are block booked between 1700-1900 daily for PRB use.&nbs= p; The younger age groups should use them when the weather is not suitable.	Thi= s aspect is critical to PRB. Active recruitment of players and coaches should be on-going. &= nbsp; &= nbsp; &= nbsp; Coache= s are to ensure that their absences are covered completely. Kev Hanbury can provide assistan= ce for short term replacements etc. but use him as a last resort. The children should not see the = join! Coache= s should identify vacancies, if none, individual coaches should maintain their own waiting lists and facilitate call forwards when vacancies occur. &= nbsp; &= nbsp; Note t= he new/revised timings. Both E= teams are on Thursdays and both F teams are on Wednesdays to enable players to = be moved between teams if player availabilities are difficult.

5	Wel= fare	AWS clearances. Those who haven’t received clearance need to submit their AWS forms ASAP.= Club Charter. All players, parents, spectators and coaches should have read the club charte= r.	Offsit= e and First Aid courses to be arranged. Forms from Matt. Copy i= s on the website.

6	Mem= bership/ Pla= yers	Registration: All players require registration prior to playing. Spielepasses: All players less G Jugend require Spielepasses prior to playing. Meldeliste: New players need to be included in the league Meldeliste by posting them to t= he individual Staffeleiters. 7	Fix= tures	Season 2005/06: New fixture lists are attached. The league has been asked to amend the matches over the British Half-term as = per the attached fixtures. The opposition has to come back to us to confirm acceptance. Rim will follow up on return fro= m Poland. Friendlies. Whilst we are within a no fiture period there are ample opportunities to play friendlies especially against other Garrison sides.	A fixt= ure secretary is required. Not = an onerous task and can be done in addition to coaching duties. 8	Kitman	Team Kit: New kits have been orderd for the C11, G1, E= 2 and Girls U12 teams. Replica kits and= other merchandise orders received have been submitted to the suppliers. PRB Merchandise: Remind the parents that we have the replica = kits and PRB merchandise are for sale. Players/parents and = staff wearing the kit look good to the Germans.	Hopefu= lly we will have them all by Xmas. &= nbsp; &= nbsp; &= nbsp; We hav= e stock on hand to sell, ask Kev for details. Kit is= 50% of the price for coaches only.

9	Web= site	Internet websites: www.= prbguterslohfc.de Website: Coaches to visit = the website to provide the updated scores and to close down the 2004/2005 sea= son. Results. Results and score= rs should be emailed or phoned to Matt before 1200hrs on the day following the matc= h. Photo’s. Digital photo’s of teams and action shots can be placed into= the teams area of the website. Routecards: There are routecards and maps on the website= for a number away game locations.	Coache= s are to remind parents of the site. Matt r= equires a digital Head & Shoulders of all coaches wearing PRB kit for the websi= te. Non compliance gets the club a fine from the l= eague. &= nbsp; Submit= your photo’s to Matt. &= nbsp; Pass routecards/maps to Matt so he can put a master list onto the website.

10	Med= ia	Media reports serve = two purposes both in advertising the club and giving the children the opportu= nity to see their names in print. Submit your regular reports to Mark Strickland.	Report= s will appear in the Gutersloh Gazzette and Sixth Sense only if coaches submit t= hem.

11	Med= als	Medals for the 2004/2005 season were issued to= some coaches. Rim still has nearly half of the medals bought. There are a = lot of children without medals.	Please= confirm that all children from last season have been awarded their medals. Additional medals can be obtaine= d from Rim.

12	Tou= rnaments	We will receive invites for indoor tournaments= for all age groups between Dec 05 and Mar 06. Rim will accept all invites less= those during the Xmas/New Year break. Coaches should provide an opportunity for all players to participate in the indoor tournamentss. Hallenkreis. The Hallenkreis is the major Gutersloh Indoor Tournament for C’s to F’s and the GU12 and GU14 teams.&n= bsp; This is the only tournament where the club will state that we are = to enter our strongest team at each level.	All pl= ayers AND COACHES require non-marking= light coloured soles on their trainers. The German hosts will inspect and prevent entry to the playing sur= face by anyone without the correct footwear.

13	AOB=	Rubbish. All coaches are reminded that if we create the rubbish we should clear it up. Rim has complained to the Gym st= aff about the state of the area. Smoking. Coaches are to re= mind all, especially parents, spectators and German spectators, that smoking is not permitted on the Astrotuf. Fines. The club has alre= ady attracted fines in excess of Є250.00 this season. These in the majority are for me= etings that we were unable to attend but some have been for non-compliance of the various rules and regulations applicable by the league.= &nbs= p; &nbs= p; &nbs= p; Next Meeting. will be scheduled for the end of November 20= 05. Meeting closed at 1900hrs.
