There are gaps whic= h need to be filled, if not the teams will be pulled from the league. All to be proactive in their pur= suit of new coaching staff. Exe= rcise/Operations: A number of coaches will be absent throughout the season. Coaches must ensure that suitable replacements are recruited to ‘look after’ your squad in your absence. Pla= yer Allocations: Player allocations will come fro= m Matt based on year of birth. Tra= ining: The new season training schedule will be decided and promulgated by the end of Aug 05. Traini= ng will be based on last seasons however with the aim of combining same age groups on the same night.	Without volunteers we will be unable to function. The aim is for two or three coac= hes per team. Thi= s aspect is critical to PRB. Active recruitment of players should be on-going. Critic= al to the continuity during this turbulence so that the children do not see the joi= n. &= nbsp; &= nbsp; &= nbsp; Once t= he confirmed player lists and training schedules have been produced, individ= ual coaches are to contact parents to confirm squads, times and locations. Coaches with training night preferences are to contact Rim ASAP.
