1	Introduction	The Chairman welcomed and thanked everyone to the meeting. He also welcomed t= he following new coaches to PRB FC: Simon Gomez – G Jugend coach. 2	Previous Minutes=	The previous minutes were read an= d the Chairman reminded everybody the importance of attending meetings as agree= d by all coaches.	All Coaches.
3	Subscriptions	The Chairman reminded everybody t= he importance of collecting the new subscriptions fee of €75. The club= has recently purchased new tracksuits for all teams, as well as a new T ̵= 1; Shirt for all players who join the club. B Jugend are= now to pay referees fees.	Treasurer. Matt Irwin.
4	Fixtures List	Andrea Irwin reminded all coaches= the date of there first fixture. Due to the late start of training, any short= ages were to be reported to the Chairman and Tracy Mallon and Matt Irwin.	All Coaches.
5	Coach Allocation= 2009/10 Season	The following personnel have kind= ly volunteered to coach the following teams for the 2009/10 season: Jeff Heaps MBE – B Jugend. David Bailey / Ritchie Wheatley – C Jugend. Kev Savage / Shane Grimes – D Jugend. Sam & Shane Askam – E1. Jason Hands / Matt Keary – E2. Shaun Copeland – F1. Tracy Mallon – F2. Steve Clarke / Simon Gomez – G Jugend. Christian Wendler / Marcus pope – U14 Girls. Pete Mallon has volunteered to de= putise for anyone who could not make Trg / Matches. 6	Courses	The Chairman confirmed there will= be more FA level 1 / 2 courses throughout the year. He had spoken to Capt Pete Da= wson who confirmed we would be allocated spaces on the next course due to the large turnover of coaches being posted on promotion or leaving the Army.<= /span>	Tracy Mallon All Coaches
7	Documentation	Andrea Irwin went through the pro= cess of completing the spielberichts correctly. The main points were: Spiel passes details entered in f= ull for players. Half / Full time scores. Referees name and details to be e= ntered. Ensure the away coach signs the spielbericht. 2 copies of the completed spielbe= richt are to be place in the letter box in the gym. Home results to be placed on the = web within the hour. Incomplete spieberichts or result= s not being posted on the DFB net will result in a fine to the club. Application Forms. Prior to handing in application f= orms coaches are to check the forms for accuracy the key areas are: Ensure the player and parent sign= the bottom right of the spielerpass application form (German form). A photocopy of birth certificate = is encluded. A passport size photo taken withi= n the last 2 months. F1s are required to complete appl= ication forms for spielerpass in preparation for the Hallenkreis early next year.=	All Coaches F1 Coach
8	Miscellaneous	The following points were raised = by the Chairman: Fines All coaches were reminded to ensu= re they complete the spielberiichts properly using the template provided. = Etiquette / Behavior The Chairman reminded all coaches reference etiquette and behavior of all play= ers and coaches. The Chairman stated he will not tolerate and foul language or abuse from players and parents to the opposing team / referee and that all incidents must be reported immediately. The PRB Club Charter should be ad= hered to at all times, coaches are responsible for the conduct of their players home or away. Coaches are to ensure that all par= ents receive a copy of the latest Club Charter. http://www.prbgutersloh= fc.de/charter.htm Coaches are to familiarise themse= lves with the aims of the club. = Coaches are reminded that the referees decision is final be it right or wrong this= is not the Premiership and referees have limited experience. Some situations last season got o= ut of hand by over enthusiastic parents, players & coaches all games are friendly games and should be played accordingly. Notice board up to date Matt Irwin was to ensure that the= notice board displayed within the gymnasium was up to date, including coach name= s, training sessions and the new club application forms. Wolves Visit – 25-29 May 09<= /p> The Wolves visit was a huge succe= ss. The Chairman thanked Tracy Mallon and coaches who supported the event. Media Ronnie Bruce has kindly volunteer= ed to take on the role of Media Officer. He is to engage with the Gutersloh Gazzette and try and get a regular slot each month. Tracy Mallon will continue using = her links with the 6^th Sense. Football posts / Nets The Chairman informed everybody t= hat he had spoken again to G4 Estates / Base QM regarding the goal posts. They h= ave initially agreed to file down the lugs on the inside of the posts to prev= ent any injuries. They would like to know where to purchase and the cost of n= ew goalposts. The gym has received a grant of 90K. Cancellation of matches / Notification= The Chairman reminded everyone the importance of giving Andrea Irwin a min of 10 days notice to cancel match= es (Bad weather / Opposition cancelling). Also, Matt Irwin will ensure more notice is given on the PRB webpage to confirm timings and rescheduled dat= es to avoid last minute preparations for coaches and parents. Training The Chairman reminded all coaches= to ensure there training sessions should provide the following: Fun sessions. Realistic training. Variable. Route Cards All route cards can be found on t= he PRB Website http://www.prbguterslohf= c.de/routes.htm All away fixtures have a hyper li= nk attached to them that gives details of the away ground. Tiel Cup The Chairman confirmed an E Jugen= d team will represent PRB in the Tiel Cup Competition next May 2010. Coaches T-Shirts The Chairman has purchased Coaches T-Shirts for a fee of €10 each. The Chairman stated he would like a= ll coaches to purchase a T-Shirt each. Coaches could therefore be easily identified.
