1	Introduction	The Chairman welcomed and thanked everyone to the meeting. He welcomed the following new coaches to PRB FC: Kev Savage Shane Grimes Steve Clarke Christian Wendler	Chairman
2	Previous Minutes=	The previous minutes were read and the Chairman reminded everybody regarding etiquette and behavior of all players and parents.	All Coaches.
3	Subscriptions	Matt Irwin was to confirm any outstanding subs. The Chairman believes we had no outstanding subs.	Matt Irwin
4	Fixtures List	Matt Irwin spoke about the forthcoming fixtures. B and D Jugend were playing today, whilst the remainder of the teams were to start playing next week.	All Coaches.
5	Tournaments=	Matt Irwin confirmed we had received several tournament invitations during the spring. It was advised to collate all applications and place them on the = PRB website. The Chairman encouraged all teams to enter during the June period only, as he was provisionally planning the AGM for the last week in June 09. On completio= n of the AGM, the club would stand down for the summer period.	All coaches Chairman
6	Courses	The Chairman spoke about the forthcoming FA Level 1 / 2 courses to be held at Catterick Barracks in Feb / Mar 09. He confirmed the following personnel = were loaded onto the FA1 course 22-26 Feb 09: Kev Savage 6 Regt RLC Steve Clarke 6 Regt RLC Jason Garnham 2 LSR Shane Grimes 1 LSR John Duncan could not attend the FA2 in Mar 09 because of his deployment to the FI. 7	New Equipment	Ronnie Bruce will conduct a 100% check of all equipment signed out to all coache= s. It was agreed to place all football equipment from the garage into the R&I Bay within 6 Regt for safe keeping. 8	Miscellaneous	The following points were raised = by the Chairman: Sports Weckenbrock Andrea<= /b> Irwin handed out discount cards for 20% from Sports Weckenb= rock to be given to all players and coaches. It was emphasized it was to purch= ase football items only. No jeans or skiing items were to be bought using the card. CRB Clearance: The following personnel were asked to complete their CRB ap= plications and to be handed into Karen Greatbanks by COP 23 Feb 09: Christian Wendler Shane Grimes John Duncan Hallenkries = The Chairman thanked everybody for there kind support and professional throughout the tournament. Everybody enjoyed themselves and entered the competition with the right attitude. Wolves Visit - TBC Wolves FC would like to visit PRB= FC this summer. The Chairman would speak to Maureen O’Brien (AWS) to arrang= e a mutual date and funding for the coaches. 6 Regt RLC The Chairman reminded everybody 6= Regt RLC were on exercise during the period 20-30 Apr 09. Deputy head coaches = need to be engaged. Coaching Material The Chairman reminded all coaches= , that obtaining coaching material from shops / web or ebay, could assist with t= heir training and obtain new ideas and teaching practices. Tiel Cup E Jugend would enter a team into the Tiel Cup next year. Sponsorship The Chairman was currently writin= g to several sponsors to raise enough money to purchase (140) tracksuits for the start= of season 2009/10.
