1	Introduction	The Chairman welcomed and thanked everyone to the meeting. He welcomed back R= usty Russell from Operations and the new Equipment Manager Ronnie Bruce.	Chairman
2	Previous Minutes=	The previous minutes were read and the Chairman reminded everybody regarding etiquette and behavior of all players and parents. He spoke of the previo= us court hearing regarding x 2 players. He emphasized the importance of RESPECT to other players and referees. Any problems concerning uncontrollable players/parents should be addressed to the Chairman immediately.	All Coaches.
3	Subscriptions	Outstanding subs were discussed. All coaches were asked to collect the remaining subs= in next week and give to Brian Niles. The Chairman thanked all coaches for a= ll there hard work in collection of subs.	All subs are to = be collected in by the end of 12 Dec 08
4	Fixtures List	Matt Irwin spoke about the fixtures. It was agreed to cancel the following mat= ches due to Xmas leave and other commitments: F1 – 21 Dec 08 – Cath Christopher F1 – 28 Dec 08 – Cath Christopher	F1 Coaches
	Tournaments=	Matt Irwin explained all the tournaments were now on PRB FC web page. He expla= ined the forthcoming Hallenkries competitions. He = also emphasized the importance of up to date spiel passes and the rules for the indoor competitions. B Jugend have not been entered into the Hallenkries Competi= tion this year. 5	Fixture Cancella= tions	The Chairman stated the utmost importance of at least 10 working days notice = to cancel / Rearrange fixtures. If we get it wrong the club pays a fine	All Coaches
6	Courses	The Chairman spoke about the forthcoming FA Level 1 / 2 courses to be held ne= xt year. They will be paid for by the Army. He will get confirmation from Capt Dawson REME for allocations. The following coaches have already shown an interest in the level 2 course only: Andy Woods, Dave Nettleton, John Duncan. It was also agreed to reimburse Naz Gurung and Mick Openshaw €100 as part payment of their previo= us Level 1 course. This is because all Military personnel can claim funding through the Education Centre.	All coaches.
7	New Equipment	Matt Irwin will hand over responsibilities to Ronnie Bruce for all football equipment and ancillaries. Ronnie will conduct a 100% of all equipment he= ld on each coaches charge.	Ronnie Bruce
8	Miscellaneous	Sports Weckenbrock Andrea= would confirm if Sports Weckenbrock are to allocate a 20% discount card for football boots only. CRB Clearance: Pete Mallon up-dated those coaches who&= #8217;s applications are currently going through the clearance process.
