1	Introduction	The Chairman welcomed and thanked everyone to the meeting and emphasized the importance. Photo’s of all coaches were taken again for the notice board in the Gym.
2	Previous Minutes	The previous minutes were read and the Chairman reminded everybody regarding etiquette and behavior of all players and parents. RESPECT is the word. Any problems concerning uncontrollable players/parents should be addressed to the Chairman immediately.	All Coaches.
3	Subscriptions	Outstanding players subs letter was issued out to all coaches. Chairman gave an extension to collection of subs, due to half term break.	All subs are to be collected in by the end of Oct 08.
4	Coaches	The availability of coaches was discussed. Dave Williams would like to join B Jugend after his return from tour. Simon Taylor (1AAC) offered his services as a goal keeping coach. Pete Mallon is no longer going on tour.	Coaches told to contact Chairman if they want goal keeper coaching.
5	Fixtures List	The Chairman reminded teams first match after the half term Bank Holiday: B Jug – 11 Oct – Blankenhagen –Home. C Jug – 14 Oct – SV Spexard 2 – Away. D Jug – 25 Oct – TSG Harswinkel – Home. E1 Jug – 12 Oct – Tournament @ Schloss Holte. F1 – 12 Oct – Tournament @ Schloss Holte. Girls U14 – 25 Oct – SUS Enniger 1910 – Home.	UK Half Term dates: 24 Oct – 03 Nov
	Tournaments	The following tournaments were discussed and agreed by the coaches to attend: 6 Dec – FC Kaunitz - F2 / E2 Jugend. 7 Dec FC Kaunitz -  F1 Jugend. 4 Jan 09 – RW St Vit – G Jugend. 6 Jan 09 – TV Gutersloh – G Jugend. 21 Feb 09 – FC Kaunitz – D1 Jugend. 22 Feb 09 –  FC Kaunitz - C Jugend. 22 Feb 09 – FC Kaunitz – D2 Jugend.
6	Friend lies	Due to the winter coming, and outdoor football to cease in Dec, the Chairman encouraged more friendly matches with Paderborn FC and other local teams.	Coaches to inform Chairman of arrangements.
7	Indoor Training	F1 & F2 requested to use the gym at Mansergh Bks over the period 01 Nov  08 – 31 Mar 09. Timings are 1700-1900. All parents need to be informed of the change of location. The Chairman will write a letter to get permission to use facilities.	Copy letter to coaches and Tracy Mallon.
8	Courses	The Chairman spoke about the forthcoming First Aid / Sports Course to be held over 1day. A date / Location will be decided at the next meeting.	All coaches.
9	New Equipment	Matt Irwin had placed the new kit list available to all players and coaches. 40% discount had already been discussed with Sport Weckenbrock. Coaches were encouraged to buy in bulk to save money. 3 weeks notice is to be given , to ensure kit arrives in time for Christmas. The Chairman was looking into purchasing new tracksuits for the Club.	All coaches.
10	Miscellaneous	Volunteer Cocktail Party:  Change of date. Now the 14 Oct 08 at the Officers Mess. Notice board:  A notice board was to be placed within the entrance of the gymnasium. Trophy cabinet:  A large trophy cabinet was to be purchased and placed next to the notice board in the gym. 08 Oct it will arrive. Individual strips/ 20% Discount Cards:  Sports Weckenbrock have kindly offered 20% discount to all our players. Individual strips / Tracksuits were discussed. Cards hopefully available at the next meeting. Media: The Gutersloh Gazzette are currently looking for a new Editor. Meanwhile, Sixth Sense to be used to project the Club image. SSAFA:  It was discussed to book a stall at the SSAFA weekend (08 Nov) to raise money. Tracy Mallon was already selling cakes on behalf of PRB. Sports Weckenbrock items may be on display to show parents what can be purchased. CRB Clearance: Tracy Mallon up-dated those coaches who’s applications are currently going through the clearance process.	All coaches are encouraged to attend if possible. . 11	Next Meeting	06 Dec 08 1000hrs RHQ Conf Rm 6 Sup Regt	All coaches need to be there as we need to discuss the forthcoming Hallenkries Competition.
