1	Introduction Open Meeting	Matt Irwin opened the meeting thanked all for attending. = No minutes from the previous meeting available. Jim McCutcheon introduced himsel= f and will be acting as Chairman (deputy Chairman) whilst Dutch is away.	Excellent attendance all teams represented.
2	Treasurer Update	Andrea briefed €2.200 was currently in the account subject to audit. The clubs insurance has been paid for the next 12 months. Costing for new kit next season will be €4,200.	Base trusties approached for a grant to off set the cost. Subscriptions are suspended until the start of next season when the current subscription will be revised.
3	Speilberichts	€15 in fines has been imposed so far to F/G teams for incorrectly completing = spielberichts. C/D/E no fines as yet well done. New speilberichts books will be issued before the start of next season.<= /o:p>	All Examples of spielberichts are available on the club website and care shou= ld be taken when completing the forms.
4	Spielerpasses	Coaches are to check all passes have a current passport photo and have been signed by the player. The current F1 team is to ensure that all play= ers have a spielerpass prior to next season. All passes are to be returned to Matt once a player has left	All
5	Kit & Team Wear	Team wear is available from Matt 50% of the cost of an order must be collected= before an order can be submitted. The is a new Sanno range out waiting for new catalogue.= New strips where considered for next season. Some teams are using the wrong size balls to train with. Some teams have insufficient kit= to train with.	All New order forms are available online from the club website.= Matt will conduct a review on how club strips and kit are ordered. All Teams are to complete an inventory check before the next meeting. When there is a shortfall in training equipment then contact Matt.<= /span>
6	CRB	A lot of coaches are due to leave over the Sum= mer. Level 2 coaching course 9-16 August. Coaches registration can take up to 6 weeks. Coaches details are to be forwarded to Tracy. Coaches who are not CRB cleared may not take a team by themselves.	All Coaches are encouraged to find personnel to take over there position if leaving.<= br> When new coaches nominate references they are to ensure the person is awa= re of the importance of a reply.
7	Media	Match reports received regularly from F/Gs well done. All media reports go to Dom dominicthomson@hotmail.co.uk Pictures would be welcomed & can be posted on the club website. www.prbguterslohfc.de Coaches will be sent the coach/player fliers. BFBS would like to conduct interviews.	All Match reports are a good PR tool and all coaches should be encouraged to produce one. Photos should not be edited before sending to Matt as the quality may deteriorate.
8	Team Updates Training, Fixtures	Match fixture kick off timings will appear on the club website. If less than 10 days prior to fi= xture there is no timing then contact Andrea. Changing fixture less than 10 days notice will result in the club being fined.	All The league website or the away teams playing against normally have timings as well so it’s worth checking those first.
9	Summer Tournaments	Details of Summer tournaments are being received now. Summer tournaments are frien= dly which can be a good stepping stone as every one will move up a group after the Summer break.	All As details come in of Summer tournaments they will be posted on the website. Coaches are encour= aged to attend Summer tournaments.
10	AGM	The AGM will take place Saturday 14^th June 08. Club 47 11:00 – 12:00 Photographer will be available. The club will purchase individual medals & a trophy for the highest goal scorer for the season. Weather permitting teams will play against each other after the prize giv= ing.	All Coaches players and parents are encouraged to attend. Ensure team lists are up to date.
11	Teil Cup=	Meeting to be held Wed 30^th April 18:00. E1 require a tent big enough for 14 people. Tables & benches will be required.	E1 Wayne Simpson.= Mick Openshaw has agreed to lone his tent for the duration of the event.<= o:p>
12	Chairman Points	Accounting for kit and how we spend subscriptions needs to be more closely monitored= . Coaches have worked hard to keep the club up and running. Well done to all coaches for there hard work.	All Carry out inventory checks. Collect kit back from players. =
13	Web Page	Team pages need new photos f= or coaches.	A= ll Check team page send Matt an update photo. www.prbguterslohfc.de
14	AOB:	Training nights next season.=	All Training nights will allow teams of the same group to train together.
15	Next Meeting	Monday 2 June 08 17:30<= /o:p>	All Please attend where possible at least one representative from each team.
