1	Introduction	The Chairman welcomed all to= the meeting, and went on to explain why it is important all coaches attend. It ensures information is being = passed so when the head coach is away, all other coaches know what is going on within the club/team.
2	Treasurer	Des informed Mark, pre-meeti= ng; that the club can reduce its subscriptions next season slightly. It has b= een agreed that all players pay 50 euros for the season, so long as parents p= ay before 01 Oct 07. It will c= ost 60 euros thereafter; all players must pay by Nov or they will not be able to= represent the club. The most any family pay for = is 2 players, so if you have 3 or more in one family playing, you only pay for= 2.	All This was before we noticed a lot of kit missing, kit must be returned ASAP, or= the subs will increase; this is what we spend the majority of our clubs funds= on!
3	Vice Chairman	Coaches have been appointed = for every team as per the PRB FC Spreadsheet for the 07/08 season. However, more coaches are requir= ed; so spread the word.	All
4	Presentation Piece	Each coach is asked to think= about a club presentation piece for all coaches who serve with the team for a minimum of 1 season; please inform Mark of your thoughts at the next meet= ing.	All
5	Spilerpasses	Matt reminded all coaches of= the registration process, and the importance of registering players correctly= and quickly. All players in the= under 12 girls and E Jugend and older; must = have a spielrpass to be able to play. Fill in the paperwork on the webpage, and pass it to Matt via the = team coach. Don’t forget t= o sign the German pages as well.	All
6	Training	Teams will start training fo= r the new season as shown: Mon 27 Aug 1715 – 1830= D Jugend 1995/96 Tue 28 Aug 1715 – All = Girls 1993-96 and the G Jugend – 200= 1/02 Wed 29 Aug All E&F Jug= end 2000-1997 Thu 30 Aug All C Jugend 1993-94 These times will remain for = 2 weeks until the week commencing 10 Sep 07, when teams will train on the night selected by the head coach; details to follow. 7	Training=	Rim, reminded everyone that = we must advertise and let schools know when we are training. At the beginning of the season a= ll teams will be short of players, but the numbers will quickly grow as they= do every season.	All Mark will inform schools
8	League Meetings	Matt informed all head coach= es that they will be expected to attend a pre season meeting with the league= ; Matt will contact head coaches as appropriate.	Head coach / team manager
9	Fixtures	Fixtures for the 07/08 seaso= n will be published on the web page soon, keep checking the PRB web page for details.	All
10	Congratulations	The chairman congratulated t= he D Jugend for wining their league this season, as well as offering high prai= se to all the teams and their coaches for a very successful season.	D Jugend
11	Support<= /span>	Mark reminded everyone, that= we must all pull together and work as one.&= nbsp; The league and the FA sometimes requires information and details concerning the club, and coaches must get returns, information to Dave Tranter next season as and when required.	Coaches
12	Kit Return	Early signs are, there is st= ill a lot of kit outstanding from last season.= Parents are to help the coaches and return kit ASAP. All kit has to be bought from subscriptions, if we do not get all the kit back in subscriptions will increase. Coaches are NOT to give the kit to children to keep from 1 week to the ne= xt; you are to appoint an adult to clean the kit, this is best done on a week= ly rotation. 14	Farewell	Mark thanked Rim for all his= work over the past 7 years with the club, and a small presentation piece was g= iven to Rim on behalf of the club.
15	Next Meeting	Mon 27 Aug 07 @ 1730 hours i= n the 1 LSR Conf room. All coaches’ to attend if possible, not just team managers please. This will form the clubs AGM.
